| Arapahoe Acres Development |

From the HRGCA Board:
There has been much discussion regarding the development of property on and around what is currently Arapahoe Acres. While no definitive agreement has been made for the sale of the property, it would appear to be eminent that one will soon happen. The affect this will have on homeowners' property values, community impact, and the general welfare of the neighborhood is important for all of us to understand.
Your Board of Directors for the Golf Club community would like to meet with you and discuss options and ideas and gain input from you as members of the HRGCA. We would like to define what we as an association, a community, and as neighbors can do to work together on this important matter.
Therefore, we would like to host an informal meeting with any and all to discuss this issue in an open forum with the intent to have a clear understanding of what can or should be done.
We will host this meeting on Monday December 12th at 6:30pm at Westridge Rec Center and invite you to attend.

~ Upcoming Meetings ~ |
|
The next BOD meeting will be held on Thursday, March 15, 2012 at 7pm. The meeting will be held at the Westridge Recreation Center.
The next Member Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 17, 2012 at 7pm at The Westridge Recreation Center.
Also, homeowners are welcome to attend all monthly Board meetings.
